Wow. First it was Buffalo Springfield, now it's King Crimson reuniting: things I thought I'd never see in my lifetime (well, actually I did once see KC opening for Joe Cocker, long before I had any idea who they were). The reunion tour will indeed include guitar-master Robert Fripp, and so far there are dates in Albany, NY and in New York City.
Some of you may be familiar with the last track on my CD, "Home, James". The song is called "Epitaph" and it's from King Crimson.
Anyway, here's a link to their tour schedule and more info. http://www.brooklynvegan.com/archives/2014/06/king_crimson_of.html _________________ www.JimCohen.com

Boy, if it was Bruford and Wetton, or Belew, Bruford and Levin, I'd be there. _________________ Links to streaming music, websites, YouTube: Links |

Old news but still good news, KC is one of the very few bands I'd even consider paying thru the nose for and putting up with a crowd to see these days. They won't be doing any new material so it's not all that great but improve is the nature of the beast and will be rewarding on that merit alone. |
