Just got my push-pull worked on by Mike Cass. Added three knees and it plays great. Everything comes up at the same time and the pedals play easy. Got to watch Mike in action on it and he is amazing to watch. Guess it is because he does so many it is second nature to him.

There are many here on the forum who attest to Mike's abilities as a player and repairman of pedal steels-and although Mike is no longer posting on the forum-his services are still needed-those who are not among his closer friends may not know that Mike has had some serious health issues that have really taken a financial toll on him-So if anyone has been considering getting some professional quality work done to restore or set up an aging Emmons,Sho-Bud,or other steel-please call Mike at 615-781-2538 I am sure that he will appreciate your business-thanks-PW

I have a steel that is currently undergoing Cassification. I can hardly wait to see it when it's done. Mike is first class in every respect and so easy to work with and knowledgable about everything that has to do with steel guitars. You cannot do better than to have Mike Cass work on your steel.

Stephen O-you are right about Mike-I have owned his finished work several times-half a dozen or so old push pulls and even an Old-Bud: Don't forget that MC is about as good as one can get at setting up those old "hound dogs" too-Mike learned many of the "black bag" Dobro set-up tricks from John Doperya himself
