Goodrich is offering a volume pedal (model 120) using the second output jack as a dedicated tuner out. Do any of you guys know how to modify an older pedal to accommodate this?

See the sticky thread. That's why they're stickied.
Or, take the wire connecting the rear jack to the middle jack; disconnect it from the middle jack and hook it up to the front jack, and if you want to leave it hooked up, put a resistor somewhere between 100K and 1M on it.
