The second clip shows Sarah's unusual right hand technique, with her ring finger tucked under her palm. I don't recall seeing anybody else play exactly like that. She must use it for blocking, and maybe position reference? It also shows how far back on her thumb she places her thumb pick. It appears to be positioned nearly in the middle of the joint. The results speak for themselves: great tone and complete control.
