great huh..lol ... and I live in Nashville, if I only knew about it, I would have loved to be there... Buddy is such a down to earth, regular guy, and very intelligent person... it seems like everybody around him is making a big deal, about things he did, except him lol,

Obviously Buddy has a LOT of stories. As incredible as the tribute was, they only had so much time.

I was fascinated by the story of Buddy practicing in the dark, or playing without his thumb, in case he lost his eyesight or a digit. He said at the time he was on the fence about playing full time or getting a job. I took this to mean a factory job where he'd risk injury. Wow.
