I recently had to play a back to back gig in two different rooms of the same building. With no time for tear down and set up between performances, I had to come up with two complete systems.
I decided to use my Roland battery powered cube street for the small room.
It has a separate Mic input with Volume, Bass, Treble and reverb. The steel sounded great through the "BlackFace" setting. (One of 6 different amp simulations) My background tracks worked perfectly through the aux input.
I was very pleased with the rig. I closed the show stood up said my goodbyes and sprinted to the other room where my main system and 2nd steel was all ready to go for the next performance.

If the second pic is in a nursing home / senior care, God Bless YOU! I play pedal steel with my church (wife plays piano) in a local nursing home. _________________ Amateur Radio Operator NA4IT (Extra)

I may, in fact, be nuts. However, I am screwed onto the right bolt... Jesus! |
