This is a beautiful transitional model 400. It's short scale, so it doesn't have the string breakage problems the earlier ones are prone to, but it has the nice chrome pedals. It has a couple tuners with stripped gears, and it would be good to check the solder joints on the cables, as some of them look a little janky. I have tried to price it appropriately. It comes with the ashtray and its great original case. Cosmetically, it's really pretty, with minor dings and scratches--not majorly used and abused, like a lot of these. The pickup sounds great--I was surprised how much it sounded like the wide pickups. There's plenty of information on the forum on how to take care of the needs of this guitar, and with minimal effort, you can have a really nice instrument! Now $495 plus paypal fees & shipping. The case and the parts alone are worth a whole lot more than that!
