I got a text from my dad, who played yesterday in a pickup band: Him (on bass), Brint Hannay (doubling on Tele), another steel player, Roy something (he didn't catch the last name) and a guitar picker. He said the music was good but the singer liked ballads too much.
I know I don't get much chance to pick with another steel player. Dave Giegerich's widow affirmed it went well.
Hopefully Pam got some video.
