Talk to Jerry Hendrix, here on the Forum. He might be able to help you out.

I ordered and paid by pay-pal back in December.
They arrived last week. about Feb 13th.

I also had no reply from the maker after numerous phone calls and messages I left.

Just slow service. YMMV

Hey Jim,

I ordered from them and made a mistake on my order, and emailed them, no response.

I got curious and did some digging. The email on their site is out dated. I sent an email to the paypal account and got a response pretty quick, fixed my mistake too.

Strings did come, it took a few weeks (3 or 4). I'm happy.

Check the email you're inquiring to.

Good luck!

The last 2 times I ordered from Jagwire, it took 3 or 4 weeks to receive the order. That's a little long but, well worth the wait. I like these strings better than any I have tried...not that I have tried all brands but I like them enough to wait some. I usually order long before I really need them...no problem.

Gary:
That's kind of a cheap shot and not the proper place to promote another brand.

I like to make contact with the company if there is any possible doubt about the availibility of a product. There are several outlets to Danny's strings and lets call them till we find who can send them to you. I've always found the company was not the people to get things done with.

I would try Williams Guitars and see what Bill has for one. I guess my sources are about depleted also. Maybe Scotty's will have some also. give them a shot.

I think Gary was plugging for the Forum who sells strings that are available and helps keep the forum going.

Hang in there with Jagwire . They might take a bit longer sometimes but they are good strings .

They are the only brand of 12 gauge i can use for my 3rd string. All others break
