It's E9 -- the neck he uses most often.
Of course, he uses no chromatic strings, 7 pedals, 2 knees and only 10 pulls, but that's what makes him the Moon.

His E9 setup is here . (thanks to Al Brisco)

I believe the front neck is a major chord tuning -- like AMaj or something for Dobro style stuff -- don't think I've ever seen him use it, but I've only seen him live a few times. Hope this helps some.

I heard Ralph call it his "dobro neck" once. He told me what major it was tuned to, but I don't recall what it is. Also heard Gene Fields say that the only time he used it was on his "signature song" - I'm forgetful enough to not remember what that is, either.
