IEM - In Ear Monitors

This is a question for those who have gone "ampless" on stage. Occasionally I play in church and no one uses amps. I am fortunate to have purchased a Sarno V8 preamp. I'd like to know what you all have done in terms of the monitor send out of the board and a preamp situation?? Just curious if your using a small personal mixer (ie small Mackie or equivalent) or a headphone mixer such as a Rolls or if I should be looking at something different. I just purchased a nice pair if IEM's but am looking for a solution for the mixer/headphone amp??

I have a Rolls 6 channel for the band I bought new on ebay for $125.
but you can get a Beringer single channel for $19.95
It works very well just not wireless.

Thank you Ken for the reply. I should have stated, wireless is not necessary for my needs. I guess I'm looking for a single channel device just to have a good control of volume going to my inears. I think it would be a nice thing to be able to use it for silent practice if you wanted to. I know I've seen some of folks using small mixers such as a 4/8 channel Mackie or a Behringer. I know with the new digital mixers available (we don't have one unfortunately) you can do some cool mixing over wifi from a iphone. Anyway, thanks for the tip on the Behringer mixer. I've been doing some reading on the Rolls stuff as well.
