I recently acquired a Furlong CB12 cab and am looking for a good preamp to mate with it. I had a Revelation pre before when I had my first TC cab, and I really loved it! I have also used and liked the Mesa Studio pre, an Evans pre, and a Lemay pre. I'd be interested in any of these, or just let me know what you have!
I don't have a ton of cash in the budget, but since I am going back to the Furlong cab setup, I do have a brand new Quilter Labs MicroPro 200 head and 1x12 cab (and I mean brand spankin new, with carry bag, footswitch, covers, etc.) that I could/would gladly throw in for trade. Check out Quilter amps...they really are unbelievable. I paid around $900.00 for the head/cab just about two weeks ago, and then this Furlong found it's way to my loving arms!! It would be particularly good if somebody wanted to do an even swap for a Revelation pre, but that might be far-fetched.
