Top stuff. He plays with a lot sensitivity. I linked over to "End of the Blues." Sweet! Dig the crazy arpeggios!

The way he moves the end of his first finger onto the up side of the bar in the forward slant. I think Jeff Au Hoy does that too. Maybe not text-book, but it feels right.

I saw Freddie back in the late '60's in San Francisco. He was amazing back then. Does anyone know his tuning and what he's playing through in the second video with the band? It appears to be some kind of preamp/power amp rack rig with a Boss Delay on top. Maybe an EQ in the middle?
