I like to help people find songs they cannot locate that takes them back to a memory in time. 3 or 4 years ago this friend of mine Perry Hansen, N.D,
wanted rings of gold by Don Gibson and Dottie West.
It was his wedding song. I went to a little trouble to find it and put it on CD. With a few more songs for filler.
After a week I never heard back from him. I sent a little harsh email saying, The least he could do was thank me .
About a week later his wife called me and told me that Perry had died. The CD stayed in the mailbox a long time before she discovered what it meant.
I still stay in touch with her. She plays the CD all the time in memory of me and perry too.
I was so sorry I had been a little harsh with him.
When someone doesn't answer you sometimes they cant. |

Indeed a great story, Paul. If you wrote a book I'd read it. |

I could write one about my neighborhood and name it "Little Peyton Place"
True story and change the names. |
