Everyone may have already thought of color coding their pedal rods. I have a single with 3 floor pedals. I color coded them red, white and blue. I used electrical tape for years. The tape keeps coming off. Today I thought of a better ideal. I put electrical heat skrinking tubes on the rods. For someone who hasn't thought of this ideal, it speeds up the set-up time and also works great in dim light conditions.
