I own an early LeGrande, a 1A if you will. My
E's to F's return a little sharp. I need to nudge my E to Eb lever slightly to get it back in tune. I have had very, very few problems with this guitar so I am not well versed in fixes because I haven't had to be.
The E to F#'s return ok. I change strings very often so where do I start. Thanks to anyone who responds.

Sounds like the nut rollers need oiling, or maybe you have to remove them, and then polish the shaft. Any resistance here will cause the "hysteresis" problem common to keyed guitars. It's hard to eliminate it completely, but you can usually get it to where it's not very noticeable.
