1) I am in need of two (2) complete knee lever assemblies, including the levers, mounting brackets and linkage mechanisms, with associated rods and pull pins.

2) I also need two (2) pedal assemblies, including pedals, connectors and linkages (everything from the pedal to the cross rod).

3) A nice handful of the brass pull pins.

Bob, if you need right-moving knees, I like Bruce Zumsteg levers instead of the OEM style. The reverser is part of the bracket, and doesn't screw to the apron.
In addition to Phil, there's also Jim Palenscar at www.steelguitars.me and Tom at www.songwriter.com/bradshaw
If you need help, I'm just an hour down the road.
But left right and vertical knees are all different kits.

Thanks for the offer Steve, and thanks for the ID Lynn. I was scratching my head since I couldn't find much under my MSA that resembled those parts!

And FYI, I am still in need of the RKR lever and connecting bolt, nut and washer.
I've received all of the other needed parts from a forum member via this thread.

And Lane, thank you for the good advise and the kind offer. I might take you up on it in the near future!
