Excel pedal steel guitar 12 string Extended E9 3x4

Is there any hope of finding hope for rodding and tuning this monster? Writing to Japan is useless. Pictures will not upload, so, I/ll try to describe it. It has cross shafts with 12 holes for the rods. Not offering and option for pulling like others position 5 on the bell crank and there is none offered. Please help if you have any suggestions. email me and I will give you my phone no in private. What notes you can play is pleasing with just and amp and no extra pedals. Thank You
