There will be a memorial service and celebration of life for deceased Forum member Charles T. Lloyd "Teddy" on Saturday, June 22nd, at 1:00 PM at Elpis Christian Church. The church is located at 2703 Elpis Church Road in Maidens, Va. 23102. This is in the Goochland area north of Richmond.
