Can anybody out there describe Cowboy Eddie
Long's tuning and pedal setup? I really like
his playing. I've heard that he uses a 12-
string version of Julian Tharpe's 14-string
setup; is that correct?

Hey Billy,
It took some effort, but I got a copy of Eddie's tuning and pedal setup. It wouldn't be ethical for me to publish it here without Eddie's permission, but I can tell you that it is pretty much a standard E9/B6 universal
setup. you know, w/o the E9th "D" string.
When I got it, I almost laughed out loud at the irony of it. His setup is pretty much what I've been playing for the last ten years! Now, I really feel dumb. Duhhh.
