Thanks again Arnold. It's a good time to remember Cliff Parker - long time Nashville guitar player and member of Jim Vest's "Nashville Cats" up on Printer's Alley. Cliff told me when they turned over 17 years at the Western Room they stopped counting. Cliff is on on this date:

6 April 1978 Columbia Recording Studio, 34 Music Sq. East, Nashville, TN – George Jones (George Jones [vcl], Waylon Jennings [duet vcl-1], Linda Ronstadt [duet vcl-2], Tommy Allsup [gt, Phil Baugh [gt], Cliff Parker [gt], Pete Wade [gt], Buddy Emmons/Jim Vest [steel], Tommy Cogbill [bass], Jim Isbell [drums], Hargus Robbins [piano], Charlie McCoy [harmonica]. Producer: Billy Sherrill) [*overdubs made at Sound Factory, Hollywood, CA]
