Check out the forum here, there may be others who can tweek a collar or turn a cap screw as well. I am sure they would more than happy to help you if they can.

i'm totally capable to fix any of my steels if i choose to. then they are under my direct care in case any needs arise.
i wouldn't want to be guaranteeing my work to others for a price. that takes a different kind of person.
mike's steels look beautiful and have satisfied customers.
