I bought one from him. In fact he first sent a large instead of extra large so he let me keep the first and sent the extra large for free.

We had a discussion on this a while ago. The patent seems to be legit, and it's a nice shirt too!

Just out of curiosity, what is that patent number? Is it legible on your shirts? I can't quite make it out on my monitor, but if it was a copy of a 1938 patent document, the patent number should fall between 2,104,004 and 2,142,079.
