Can anyone help me with this problem?
The C pedal brings the E string up to a C for some reason.
The pedal brings the B string up to the A # on the 5th string.
Not sure why I am having this problem.

The C pedal should raise both strings 5 and 4 up a whole step, from B and E to C# and F# respectively. Loosen the plastic hex tuner on string 4 until it raises the E to F# instead of G.

Note: These issues will occur if a string is replaced with a different gauge. The different tension will require retuning, so use the same gauges when replacing strings. Even with the same brand and gauge you will still need to make minor adjustments in tuning occasionally.

A# is lower than B. Are you saying that the C pedal lowers string 5 a half step? If so, you will need to remove the rod from the changer and move it to a raise hole (the top section) in your changer. If you meant C#, then all is well. Wink

Maybe the pedal stop has slipped, allowing the pedal to travel too far. What brand of guitar is it?
