It's impossibly fast for most. That's Brent Burke who has been a member of Rhonda's band The Rage since late 2011, after he was the first person to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Bluegrass, Old Time, and Country Music Studies during the Fall 2011 from East Tennessee State University.
I'd say he's in pretty thick with Rhonda and family, like her fiddler Hunter Berry, he married one of Rhonda's daughters.
Here's a good quality video of The Rage on a pretty fast bluegrass medley, Brent kicks it off. He really gets up a head of steam around 2:50.
