I missed the January big bash in Phoenix so I'm wondering if there is going to be anything like that in the Phoenix area (I'll be in Mesa) in March.......or even some sort of get together jam.
Lots of jam sessions going on but that's not quite the same as when it's a steel guitar get together.

| George, I'm not sure about a jam but if you're looking to hear some good country music come to Cave Creek Thursday thru Sunday Danny Sneed plays at the Buffalo Chip and I play at Hogs n Horses with Pat James and if your timing is right Mike Smith sometimes plays at Harolds with New Country. You also might check with Southwest Steel Guitar Association, Billy Easton. Hope you enjoy your time here!!! |

Thanks Jack. We go to Barleen for the country show with Chris on steel, great guy.
We spend the month of March in Mesa and I participate on steel at four jams each week, but that's not the same as the type of get together/convention they hold in January, that's what I have in mind, and in the 25 mile Mesa area.
