Ace lap steel by Rickenbacher, from somewhere around 1950. Brown Bakelite, non-horseshoe PU, the tuner buttons have been replaced, pots are a little scratchy, but very functional. The guitar has good tone, IMHO. The case is included,although not in good shape. $375 plus shipping. Serious inquiries please email me for pics, etc. thanks Randall
