about the funtabulous celebrations at the end or your school semester???

With night clubs and dance halls fading, I'm reasonably certain that there would have been many steel guitar pickers here on the Forum that would have happily made the trek to Edmonton just to witness this fun-filled event.

It made the Mardis-Gra look tame. Some of us might have chartered a bus or plane just to see this spectacular event.

Steel Guitar Conventions/Shows simply could not compare with what I just saw on television from your great city, Edmonton. For the interest of expanding and enhancing American-Canadian relations, why not host a steel guitar show in your home town at the same time these local events occur? You could even give away those nifty little desk top Maple Leaf flags.
