Hi folks ,
I am retiring from my day job soon(can't wait!) and going to able to devote myself to some catching up seat time.
I am intrigued by contrary motion on the steel ( notes going in opposite direction).does anyone have any licks they could tab out or tell me any sites/ instruction material on this type of lick.
Regards Dave

Congrats Dave on your up coming retirement...

Here are a couple, Beginners Notes #264 & #266, that I recently put up. I hope this is what you had in mind.

When you use the B & E pedals together, that is a contrary motion. You're raising the G#'s to A and lowering the E's to Eb.
The combination creates a great 7th chord.
