After changeing my "E" knee levers from the left side to the right side, I could not get the guitar to tune up and stay there. I have an LeGrande III with the Anti-detuner and 4compensators. I bought this guitar from Emmons just before Jim left,so Ron did not make any profit from this guitar sale. I knew how to adjust the anti-detuner, but was still having problems. So, in desparation, I called Ron. As busy as this man is, he insisted that he stay on the phone and trouble shoot from the ground up. I finally was able to get it right (the return springs had to be re-adjusted. They are critical.) He was on the phone with me at least a half hour while I worked on the guitar. I think this says a lot about Ron Lashley. I know how busy he is at the factory, and to take the time to explain the proper way to set up my guitar was pretty special in my book. So Ron , if you read this, Thanks again. Martin.

Not surprising! There are pedal steel guitars, and then there are Emmons pedal steel guitars. IMHO.
