How wide is the spacing, and is it very heavy?

Jim,
As far as weight, BUY A FORKLIFT !! I had one of these for over 20 years. Great guitars, but weigh a ton. Luckily the guitar has a separate case from the pedal rack and rods and legs. I am sure it's close to 100 pounds with everything assembled, or at least close to it.

Eric,
I wasn't complaining, just being realistic. They truly are awesome pedals steels. They are great for someone with a good back.
