Due to bad back, knees and heart problem, need to sell this old heavy rascal PV LTD400. It is 1 owner, vintage type, great sounding amp with a heavy Eminence speaker suggested by Ken Fox to replace the original JBL that blew. Very Happy . This amp was gone thru and overhauled by Ken Fox before he retired some time ago, before I blew the JBL; his overhaul results must have put too much stress on the JBL. Laughing ...It's not purty, rode under the bus for several years, but the sound is what counts anyway. ...Need $300 and don't want to ship due to weight. Would like to sell within a couple hundred miles of Daytona Beach, Fl area so we could meet somewhere in between. ...Will try to get pix this weekend at church and have my grandson get them up on here. ...thanks and God Bless

Oh, I forgot to mention it comes with a custom fit by Randy Roe Productions, black vinyl cover, in quite good condition. Smile . ...
Got some pix now on my phone (isn't hi tech wonderful!), now to catch my grandson and have him load up on here.

Sorry pix are a little blurry, wife's phone camera not too bright. ...By the way, Peavy emblem is not in its middle location, one of the screw holes in the backer board split out and has to move the emblem over. Oh Well ...

Bump - it's played every week, so is sitting here warmed up and ready. Very Happy Would consider straight up swap for a good Roland Cube 80 if we could get together to meet and swap, no ship. ...thanks

i've always felt that ltd400s were reasonable in weight. put in a neo-mag speaker of some sort and it's lighter than a nv112.
they're my favorite amp. but i live more than 200 miles from florida.

I just put a Telonics 15 inch in mine and it now weighs slightly less than a Nashville 112 with a lot more power.

This is a good deal on a great amp.....but unfortunately I also am more than 200 miles away!! Sad

Hey chris and Mike; thanks for the comments. I have been hearing about the "neo" speakers; know nothing about them. As being old fashioned and old school, always had the impression the bigger and heavier the magnet, the better the sound. But technology moves along and leaves me behind. ... Confused
