Wow Larry, my grandfather use to play that song for my brothers and me on his fiddle when we were kids in the early 50's. I never thought that I would ever see that song title again! Whoa!

Whe i took guitar lessons in the early 60s, it was one of the Oahu "spanish" guitar lessons, and payed it but i didn't go thru the Oahu steel guitar lessons, it,might have been in there, i dunno. But i have it on an old Jerry Byrd record and really like it...i guess i should challenge my self to just learn it off of the recording, but a tab to jump start me would be nice Smile. Glad it brought back fond memories for you as well

I wound up tabbing it out myself...really a pretty simple tune, but i think it s so pretty...aint Jerry Byrds version, but i am happy with it...turns out the music was on a big biab file that i had, so I just tabbed out myself,,,,maybe at some point i will get good enough that i can go directly from music notation to steel arrangement...thats my goal, but hey this was a start...i used to do for c6th pedal, so i should be able to do this
