Really nice Frankenstrat with the very hard to obtain Duesenberg Multibender bridge. All Parts neck and body. Fender EC noiseless pu's with S1 switching system. Fender roller nut, and locking tuners. Very well put together guitar that plays great in straight tuning or in open E where the multibender really shines. Raises the G string a half step and the B string a whole step. Same bridge Duesenberg uses on the Pomona lap steel. Bridge alone will set you back over $400 with shipping from Europe.
$500 plus shipping.

"Lowers the G string a half step and the B string a whole step"

Are you sure you didn't mean raises the strings?
