First of all i want to thank all steel guitar players for being in our life. We have been married for 34 wonderful years. To loose him is more than I can begin to tell you. Reece always remembered every one of you and many times spoke of his meetings and love for all. He was just what you saw, true, wonderful, tremendously talented, GOD'S child. In the 34 years we where together not one time did we disagree on anything. He was just to good to be true, so GOD made a decision that HE needed Reece more than we did. Reece loved to teach and every student could feel this, and the love he put into each lesson. I am trying to understand why GOD would take this precious man. Reece was ready to take GOD'S hand but did not want to leave, he loved life so much and all he was involved in. I am not sure I can make this journey without him. Reece was my only love, my treasure. Please allow me to thank each of you for being Reece's friends. Reece loved all of you.
David is trying to sell the last guitar that we have. It is a very special guitar. It has Reece's very special setup on it. Another one of GOD'S gifts.
PLEASE help me to sell this beautiful guitar #1 Limited. I need your help!
I also want to say that it will be impossible for me to be a part of the steel guitar world anymore. I am offering my part of MSA for sale.
Please keep this offer out there for me to anyone that may want to become involved with a true legend. Have a wonderful CHRISTmas

Well I got CHRISTmas done. Thank you all for your prayers. Reece decided to spell CHRISTmas in this way because of CHRIST and HIS name in the beginning of CHRISTmas. So I think of CHRISTMAS as CHRIST MAS. Our saviors birthday.
I pray all our friends have a wonderful and safe NYE. GOD Bless |

Hang in there. Reece was an inspiration to me and he will be sorely missed. He was my favourite player of lap steel to date. I communicated with him a few years back when I bought a Msa lap steel. It was my most beloved possession. But sadly it was taken. Anyhow one day I'll pay him proper tribute cause he truly had a gift.
I would gladly take an MSA Superslide any day but for now I have to save up and hopefully be able to afford one again.
Our time here is short but out time in the Hereafter long. So God willing you will meet in the next phase after here. |
