When I got my new Zum Encore I was so excited I took it out of the case and didn't notice how it was packed. When I tore it down last week and tried to put it all in the case, every way I tried it the case wouldn't close. I finally carried the legs separate. Does the guitar go in first then the plywood shelf next and the arm rest then the leg bag and rods next and then the pedal bar on top or whut? I started to call Doug, but it was kinda embarrassing. Confused

So, you posted it here for 15,000 steel guitar players to see? Sorry, just had to giggle at that Laughing

Hope you get things straightened out. Thanks for the giggles.

Im confused. There is an armrest that comes off? And a removable plywood Shelf?
What exactly are the components that go in the case? The only plywood shelf I can think of is the dividing board which makes the leg/rod bag and pedal bar compartment. You don't have the case upside down do you? That would turn that compartment into a shelf, and make packing your guitar a ton more difficult.

Look at the series of pictures on this page. It shows one being unpacked.

Scott Duckworth: Thanks, Scott that's what I wanted to know. I had the pedal board backwards.

Don Poland: I plainly stated in the subject what I wanted to know. If you can't contribute something why click on it.
Bob you can close this thanks.
