I don't know anything about these two guitars other than finding them listed for sale. Might be something that someone here would like to own.

The psg looks like a Zum Stage One. I emailed the guy with questions, but he may not reply since he wants a local sale ONLY. Nice price for a newer looking guitar!

The guy told me the s/n was E-164 so that would probably make it an "economy zum, not a Stage 1" manufactured about 1982. It has 3+3.

I would not recommend dealing with this guy on the Zum. If you want specific reasons, pm me and I will give them to you...oh what the heck.
He won't give you his name, he wants to deal in a parking lot. Can't go to his house, and he won't go to your house (I live less then 30 miles from him). Told him I would have to plug it in before I bought it and that is the last I heard from him. His last price was $500

Under those terms, I'd probably check with the gendarmerie about the serial numbers. Sounds hot to me.

Yep, I think you're right about this deal.
It's just another good reason to buy or sell from right here on the forum where we can learn about the people involved and their reputations.
