I just got a new to me Nashville 400 I had missed mine since selling it a few yrs ago. Personally I don't think a better steel amp was ever made myself...
I see all the post for Amp settings since all players get different tones and have different amps how can one setting be right for all?.
Here is what I have found works for me.
I get by myself during the day while Wife is away.
I get in front of Amp turn Vol pedal about half open. I crank lows as much as I can get them then turn knobs back and forth I get the most tone like that, fine tuning can be done while playing try this,I think it is a good way to set tone...

every amp is different, and every venue as well, I know how to get the tone I like and I can set it up without listening very close to where I want it, after that I just play and fine tune it...I like as little as possible low's and mid's, and planty of high's ... Nashville 400 is a wonderful amp, my favorite is Session 500, but it weighs a ton...right now i have 112 and I'm pretty happy with it (specially with the size)
