HB wishes go out to a great steeler that keeps moving forward with ideas and accomplishments, plus killer jokes!
May Tamashiro Market lose you asap, 4 more years is too long. |

Bobby turning 61 is unbelievable! He must have lived a very sheltered life
because he looks no more than 41. ![Winking](images/smiles/icon_winking.gif) |

Oh, I agree. I met Bobby a couple of years ago in Indiana, and you just have to attribute it to his constant, sincere smile. Happiness and contentment go a long ways with staying young. Happiest of birthdays, Bobby. _________________ Al

To add, I've never seen a player enjoy what can be done with a steel guitar as much as Bobby. Every little "trick" he would play was coupled with a look of joy and delight (while maintaining humor and modesty) on his face at the beauty one can draw from the steel guitar, as if he were discovering each note/harmonic and chord for the first time. _________________ Al

Happy Birthday Bobby!
Meeting him at a vintage guitar show in LA about 5 years ago caused the light bulb over my head to illuminate!
I've been hopelessly hooked on steel guitar ever since!
