Multi-Kord tuning keys

I am restoring a Multi-Kord four pedal steel guitar and I need to replace the tuning keys. Does anyone know where I can order these tuning keys or what will replace the original type?

been thru one time no sale, probaly get whole
thing for 150.00, no cables.good one sold today for 250.00 told him it was a pcs. of
