1993 Black Short keyhead Emmons Legrande. This guitar was owned and played by Mike Daly of the George Strait show. The guitar is in nice shape and i am not sure how much Mike played this steel w/ George. The guitar is standard emmons tuning and 8 and 4 set up (cross shaft set up for 9th floor pedal). Guitar comes with top KEAL road case w/ wheels. serial 075L..

I have one exactly like this, and I absolutly love it! Mine doesn't have the LeGrande sticker though- I wonder if it once did?

I got one of these a few months back, and I'm loving it! Great guitars! I understand that some of the first LeGrandes did not have the sticker on them. Mine doesn't.

These Are The Best Pedal Steel Guitars I've Ever Had The Pleasure To Own!!!! HANDS DOWN !!!

Al, are you sure about the year? I didn't know they were still mfg'd in 1994. Mine is a 1983.

If I didn't own one already this would have been gone right away.

And it's black !! I wish mine was. HONESTLY whoever buys this guitar will never ever regret it.

I've owned Franklin's, Zum's, Shobuds, and almost every brand on out there and nothing has ever come close to my SKH for tone and sustain.

Hey Al, I would trade you this 94 SKH straight across for it. I love this guitar but I've been looking for a black one.

Lynn,

My Emmons SKH was one of the first (in europe )and did not have the sticker either. And I got it (and still own it) brand-new! It has been my road guitar since 1981. (Not that I have another PSG..)

Regards,

Ted

Al,

My Emmons SKH D-10 is SN# 227L from 1983. As I said, I wouldn't part with mine for anything. I think Bobby might be right on this one. It was mfg'd in around 1981.

Mine doesn't have a LeGrande sticker or a serial number. Probably one of the first ones, a prototype. Great guitar, though...

Al,
I've tried to email you and call you on the phone as well. If you are still selling the steel, I'll probably take it ....that is unless another one comes before you get back with me.
