GFI Student (Pull release), E's on left knees.

LKR has slack, LKL doesn't. Is it normal?

Doesn't that have a pull-release changer?
You'd expect LOWERS to have no slack, but raises to have enough slack to allow the lowers to drop.
You rebuilt a Marlen, so this ain't rocket science.

Well, that's why I was asking, Lane. Needed my memory refreshed. My lowers have slack, but not the raise... Got some adjusting to do...

Ah, age can be devastating to the memory...

No problem, the lower cannot have slack, because it "holds" the middle note.

I had it backwards... duh...

I revert back to my hole...
