Can anyone tell me who sang this song and who the steel player was? I had a feeling it was Wynn Stewart with Ralph Mooney on steel. If I am right and anyone has a copy of the track would you be willing to let me have an Mp3 of it PLEASE.
Many thanks in advance. Dave.

Song was done in 1967 and 1968 by Johnny Paycheck ('67), Jeannie C. Riley and Bobby Helms ('6Cool. All three versions done on Little Darlin' records with Lloyd Green on steel.

I have all 3 lp's this song was done on.

Johnny Paycheck - Jukebox Charlie
Bobby Helms - All New Just For You
Jeannie C. Riley - Sock Soul

The version by Paycheck and Riley are pretty straight forward ballad type songs while the version by Helms is closer to a shuffle.
