Mike has taken the pedal steel to a whole new level!!! This ain't your standard "S.G.R." or "A Way to Survive" album! Mike has progressed the same way some of the "Country Music" of today has. If some of the Nashville producers haven't heard this album yet, they need to pay attention to it. Mike could,& should be a part of today's "A team" Country recordings. For example, two of my favorite cuts on the album are,"Colour My World" by "Chicago" & "Frankenstein" ny Edgar Winter. He got an excellent write-up in the Oct. copy of "Int'l Musician" magazine. His Christmas album is a great follow-up to "Rock Of Ages". Do yourself a BIG favor,& check-out these two albums. You won't be sorry. On top of it all,he ain't a bad guy either! Very Happy (see his thread,on this page re: his Christmas album)

A big "hurumph" to Mike and his cd "Rock Of Ages". Mike is a talent for sure and a great guy. I too have this cd and his Christmas cd. He is most humble for a man of his abilities and talents. A gracious man for sure!
