The 3rd Annual Gospel Show was a real success!! Everyone was pointed to the main guest that was there, "Jesus Christ"! The scripture says that whatever we do, it should glorify the Lord and each song did just that! The stage was filled with talent and ministry! The audience was warm and responsive with everyone smiling, you could tell they were having a good time! The Community Center itself was very well ample to our needs. The menu that was presented was very tasty. I'd like to have another bowl of that chili! Woody still had his touch on his steel guitar. You could close your eyes and tell it was Woody playing. He had that Julian Tharpe sound. I'm sure this year's day of gospel music will cause next year's interest in the show to influence a larger crowd and more talent! Good job, Woody!!

Terry, thanks so much for asking me to be a part of your Gospel steel show. I love to play those great gospel songs on the pedal steel.

I echo Jeremiah's sentiments. It was a Spirit-filled day.

Like Jeremiah said, this was a fun show. Helen and I really enjoyed it and I would like to thank Mike McGee, Larry Baker, Monty Lafoon and Terry Wood for inviting me to play bass on their sets. It was a real pleasure gentlemen. It was so good to see my friend Tony Smith and get to play with him again. And it was good to re-connect with Jim Buttrey. Jim and I played together in "Heirborn", a country gospel group, back in the mid nineties and I had not seen him since. And of course it is always to see our good friends, the Hanleys. I hope I haven't left anyone out. Thanks again Terry, for a great show and all your hard work.

I had a wonderful time playing some great gospel music. Also heard a few licks I'd like to learn.

Thanks to all in attendance to let in a younger guy to play.
