I think a pedal steel amp would be best demoed on a pedal steel....
The Fender steel sounds good but..... Smile

I'm with Olli on this one.
Stringmasters sound great through just about any amp.
In my experience, pedal steel can sound terrible through amps that sound great with standard guitars and non-pedal steels.
"Come to our website and check us out..." OK I did, where's the Steelaire?

Kevin, The Steelair is in beta testing at present. The only amps in the field are with gigging guys or dealers for feed back to Pat Quilter and to create some buzz about them.

I played one a few weeks ago but it was with six string only.

I have been beta testing this greta amp and will be playing it at the Iowa Jam this weekend. If someone there wished to test drive it during the Jam, be my guest. I love this new Quilter "SteelAire" amp.

Just finished shooting a video of a pedal steel on the Quilter amp with Pat Quilter showing off all the features. This should hopefully answer the questions everyone has. Look for it soon on my YouTube channel: Sillennium
