Hi All,
Here's a closet classic for ya. One owner BR-9 lap steel and amp combo. SUPER CLEAN !Case and cover are in remarkable condition as well. Tuners are deteriorating as one might expect, but the entire combo is amazing for a 1948.
The handle has been replaced and the "death cap" removed with the new 3 conductor power cord added to the amp.
The combo can be yours for only 2200.00 ! |

Hi All,
Just wanted to add the "Human interest" side of this sale.
The Gentleman that owns the guitar and amp (one and only owner), and his wife have been diagnosed with cancer recently. 1/2 the money from the sale will help defer some of the cost of there treatments. The other 1/2 they want to donate to a local Charity called "Music for Missions" . The Mission repairs old instruments and donates them to Missionaries all over the world.
Other than the Forum donation I'll be taking nothing out of the sale. So if you'd like to make an offer on the combo pleasse do . All your money will be going to worthy causes.
Thanks for your time.

Thanks for the posts Ken and Greg. Indeed a sweet combo. And Greg, Cool tone on the BR-9 amp and your steel . Great job ! Wouldn't have believed it. I suspect it had allot to do with the player . Rick |
