Hi Mark
I think it's an Angelus by Dobro or indirectly by one of the companies they built thru like Regal or Norwood Chimes.

The Angelus was the entry-level reso back in the day. IMHO, an Angelus is worth in the neighborhood of $500 - 700 bucks. I had one in average shape for sale for a couple years that finally went for $500 to a British rock star.
