My guitar has the most recent copedent Reece used, (1 note difference) but there are several different versions of the Bb6 universal tuning out there

On my Bb6 S-12, Pedal 3 lowers 10 1 step, 9 1/2 step, 8 1 step, 5 1/2 step. The notes are F, A, C, A, an F chord, giving you a V at the I position. Also, adding in string 11 (Eb), gives a lovely F/Eb, or F7 w 7th in the bass. It makes a nice altered dominant as a tritons sub, as well

Pedal 4 is pretty much a standard 4, raising string 10 and 6 1 step, creating a maj7th chord
