I was asked to contribute this song, which is an original composition of mine called Jeff's Waltz, to an upcoming CD release. I'm really excited about it, it's a jazz label with a great roster of artists and many of them will also be participating in the project.
I played lap steel, double bass and did production and engineering; my friend Matt King on keys.
The song is a tribute to Jeff--keep that in mind when you hear it. Forgive me if I remove the link soon--this is the final mix and I just wanted to get a little feedback.
C6 tuning, Clinesmith steel, no finger picks.
Turn it up! As always, thanks for listening. _________________ Links to streaming music, websites, YouTube: Links

This is great Mike! You have his vibe down pat, without directly lifting specific things. Great compliment to a master, from a master. |

I appreciate the comments, thanks. I am no master.
I have to remove the file now, as I've sent it on its way to the producer. _________________ Links to streaming music, websites, YouTube: Links |
